Greene and his wife Mei-Sze Chan first listed the property on the market in 2008 and has since been on and off the market at various prices. According to Real Estalker, in addition to listing the property for sale for $12.5 million, Greene has also indicated he’s open to leasing it fully furnished short term at $49,000 per month, or for one or more years at $29,000 per month.

The three-story home includes plenty of glass, concrete and wood features, a mid-level main living area with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and plenty of high-end furnishings.
