Self-described ‘electric social trattoria’ Aventine is the new haute restaurant in Hollywood. Serving rustic Italian fare from the kitchen of executive chef Adolfo Veronese, Aventine just soft-opened on N. Cahuenga Blvd. and we’re taking a look inside.

The restaurant/bar is the brainchild of entrepreneur Gian-Paolo Veronese, executive chef Adolfo Veronese and restaurateurs Sylvian Bitton, JT Torregiani and David Jarrett. With a bar area that Aventine’s Facebook page says “feels as though it has been around for a century,” the new restaurant features an outdoor patio that is “alluring yet intimate.” According to LA Eater, the menu features Northern Italian-inspired dishes such as Orrechiette and Osso Bucco, in addition to plenty of pastas, salads and pizza biancas.

Aventine is open Mon-Thurs 5:30-11p.m. and Fri-Sat 5:30-11:30p.m. The restaurant is located at 1607 N. Cahuenga Blvd., Hollywood.
