Photos: The Moody Blues Play the Pearl at the Palms

Legendary band The Moody Blues performed The Voyage Continues Highway 45 Tour to a packed house on Saturday night at the Pearl at Palms. The band recently celebrated the 45th anniversary of their landmark album Days of Future Passed.

Earlier this year, the band completed dates in South Africa in Capetown and in Johannesburg in addition to a 32-city U.S. tour across the East Coast this past March and April, which was one of the Top 20 grossing tours in year according to Pollstar magazine. Additionally, Johnny Depp’s film “Dark Shadows” features The Moody Blues’ legendary classic hit “Nights in White Satin” in the film and on the soundtrack. “Nights in White Satin,” originally released from the Days of Future Passed album, is one of the biggest selling singles in history and reached #1 three separate times on Billboard charts.
