Jessica Alba Toasts the Golden Globes’ 70th Anniversary with 2004 Vintage Brut Moët & Chandon

News | December 14, 2012

Jessica Alba, Megan Fox and Ed Helms were on hand Thursday morning to celebrate the Golden Globe Awards’ 70th anniversary — and they did so in style.

The trio, who announced the 2013 nominees, sipped Moët & Chandon Imperial from signature golden goblets at a very early hour of the morning, joking and toasting each other as they walked off the stage.

Immediately following the nominations announcement at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Moët & Chandon presented HFPA President Dr. Aida Talka O’Reilly with a special crystallized 3 Liter bottle marking the momentous occasion.

The haute champagne brand also celebrated more than two decades (22 years) as the official Champagne of the ceremony by showcasing its 2004 Grand Vintage Brut Champagne on a tower display at the Hilton. Magnums of the exclusive bubbly will be flown to the US especially for the awards on January 13th, making the nominees some of the first people in the United States to enjoy this particular vintage.
