Jane Fonda and Richard Perry Purchase Multi-Million Dollar Trousdale Estates Home

Actress Jane Fonda and music producer Richard Perry recently purchased a 7,500-square-foot, $7.3 million home in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates neighborhood. The two-story home was previously was owned by Emmy-winning TV director John Rich.

Built in 1961, the four bedroom, 6.5 bathroom property is completely renovated and features a glass elevator, vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces, a solar-heated swimming pool and more, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Fonda, 74, and Perry, 70, purchased the home from Rich who passed away in January. According to The Beverly Hills Courier, the home sits on three-quarters of an acre of land and first came on the market in 2011 for a list price of $11.9 million.
