J Brand Gets Ready to Open Its Very First Flagship in LA in 2013
J Brand has been known for its LA outlet store, but has never before had its very own flagship store, until after Japan’s Fast Retailing bought 80 % of the LA-based jean with a $300 million cash infusion. Now J Brand is getting ready to open its very first flagship in Los Angeles sometime next year.
“The company will likely cut the ribbon on a Los Angeles flagship next year,” according to WWD, but rest assured there will be expansion with handbag and shoe lines. So far, Robertson Boulevard or Melrose seems like ideal locations. However, there is no definite word on where the LA flagship will be located. For now, many can enjoy shopping at the LA outlet store, while anticipating the grand opening to happen very soon.
