Inside Hublot in New York —A Look at Six Exceptional Watches
Recently Haute Time got an exclusive tour of the beautiful Hublot boutique at 692 Madison Avenue, where the store’s director Gabriel Rodriguez selected six extraordinary watches for us to get an up-close, detailed look at.
There are only three of these Big Bang King collection timepieces in the US – including this one, which features black ceramic and baguette diamonds with baguette rubies, retailing for $77,200.
This unique piece is new to the collection and was first introduced this year at the fair in Geneva. The ultra thin classic tourbillion is limited to just 99 pieces worldwide, retailing for $109,000.
The Ferrari Watch is a breakthrough for Hublot thanks to a feature the company calls Magic Gold; an alloy producing a unique gold hue. This watch was produced in partnership with Ferrari, and will not be available until next year, though buyers are already putting down deposits. It retails for $36,700.
This GMT watch is available in rose gold and ceramic – it features cities inscribed on the dial, including Hong Kong, Bangkok, Aspen Santiago, and Los Angeles. It is part of the King Power collection, retailing for $30,900.
This very unique looking piece is part of the Big Bang collection. The top piece tells the time, while in the center is the tourbillion mechanism. The piece shown here is the only one of this ultra-limited collection in the United States, with just 20 pieces produced worldwide. This watch retails for $172,400.
In saving the best for last, this statement piece is the Masterpiece Key of Time. The concept is if you are having a good time, you can slow it down—and if you are not, you can speed it up. There are only 50 pieces in production and the retail price is $305,000.
