Food & Wine Chefs Confirmed, Passes on Sale

Taste buds are already watering now that several star chefs have been confirmed for the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen this June. The lineup includes Mario Batali, José Andrés, Jacques Pépin, Marcus Samuelsson, Ming Tsai, Tim Love and Tom Colicchio for the 31st annual event returning June 14-16, 2013.

Every year, thousands of foodies, celebrity chefs, wine connoisseurs, gourmand writers and industry experts flock to the Colorado resort town to learn, indulge and celebrate what’s new in the food and wine world. The three-day event includes cooking demonstrations, panel discussions, tasting parties, wine seminars and the Grand Tasting tents. This summer, attendees can look forward to a demonstration featuring the winner of “Top Chef: Seattle,” Andrew Zimmerman’s dim sum at home and DIY sausage with Chris Consentino.
