Award season is upon us and the nominees for the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG) have just been announced. Read on to see if your favorite actors, TV shows or films made the list.

Cougartown actress Busy Philipps joined actor Taye Diggs at the Pacific Design Center’s Silver Screen theater in West Hollywood to announce the nominees for the upcoming SAG Awards. Films nominated include Lincoln, Argo, Les Miserable, Silver Linings Playbook and actors like Helen Mirren, Daniel Day-Lewis, Bradley Cooper, Betty White, Maggie Smith, Denzel Washington, and Naomi Watts were nominated for their performances.

In terms of television, HBO programming has once again stolen the show with shows such as Mad Men, Homeland, Downton Abbey all getting nods. Comedies such as 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation also received nominations and first time small-screen nominees include Kevin Costner, Amy Poehler and Louis C.K.

According to SAG Awards executive producer and director Jeff Margolis, “When there are a lot of younger actors who are nominated, it probably brings a younger audience to watch the show, which the networks like and the advertisers like very much.”

The SAG Awards will air on TNT and TBS January 27 at 8 p.m.
