Pinot and Bubbles – Haute Holiday Event

As we gear up for the holiday season with much imbibing and ingesting, there’s no better time to brush up on your oenology now since what better hostess gift is there but a perfectly paired pinot to your host’s roast turkey or honey glazed ham.  An event that haute on our list is the Pinot and Bubbles event held at The Regency Center in SF on Wednesday Dec. 5th, 6:00-9:00pm, where you can gain much experience in a single night.

There will be over 200 different pinot noirs (the most easily paired wine), pinot vartials like pinot gris, pinot blanc as well as champagnes, and sparkling wines (all must haves during the hors d’oeuvres) featured and AG Ferrari Fine Foods will be catering the event.  Some of the highlighted vineyards include Goldeneye, Flowers, Siduri, and Schramsberg, and Louis Roederer.

Cocktail attire is suggested.  With Uncorked Events as the host, you can expect a fabulous, festive time.  Tickets are $50 and available here.
