On Rodeo Bistro & Lounge Opens at Luxe Hotel

The Luxe Hotel on Rodeo Drive has incorporated a new dining attraction called On Rodeo Bistro & Lounge, serving a classic bistro-style menu.
According to LA Eater, the new dining attraction at the Luxe Hotel on Rodeo Drive was “inspired by the original history of Rodeo Drive, which pays homage to the streets of Paris.” The hotel also features 86 guest rooms, including penthouse suites with private balconies. Though arriving a few months past schedule, the new dining area at the hotel was created by expanding the small ground floor restaurant into the adjacent hotel lobby. A wall was removed to create a “more open, social environment.”
On Rodeo Bistro & Lounge’s menu will be spearheaded by Chef Olivier Rousselle while Matt Biancaniello will be in charge of the cocktails and beverages.
The Luxe Hotel on Rodeo Drive is located at 360 N. Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills.
