Meet Sweet! Hollywood’s 30,000 Square-Foot Sugar Emporium

The newly opened Sweet! at the Hollywood and Highland complex has never looked better, especially since the opening of the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory has been brought to life.

The enormous 30,000 square-foot sugar emporium is broken up into 12 boutiques that all carry a unique theme: a Shop for Spoiled Girls features gourmet lollipops and other couture candy, an exclusive collection of Hello Kitty-licensed candy and an assortment of custom chocolate high-heel in vibrant colors and prints; the Peace of candy boutique showcases an assortment of international packages and lolly flavors; the Stay Puft boutique offers wall-to-wall marshmallows; Tinseltown is a glam collection that consists of some of Hollywood’s coolest souvenirs and gifts, chocolate Walk of Fame stars and famous-character candies; the Yucky shop that has tons of fun merchandise and candy; the Route 66 shop carries a collection of American candy history with new and vintage brands.

But that’s not all that the gigantic sugar shack offers, the fantasy continues with real live little people dressed as Oompa Loompas, making this shopping center a must-see tourist attraction.
