Haute Event: Katy Perry Honored at Dream Foundation Gala

Katy Perry seemed to bloom as she was honored at the Dream Foundation’s 11th annual Celebration of Dreams gala over the weekend.

The pop star wore a floral dress to attend the Friday evening event in support of the Dream Foundation, the first and largest national wish-granting organization for adults and their families battling life-threatening illness.

Given that the gala was held at Santa Barbara’s Bacara Resort + Spa, it was appropriate that local gal Perry was an award recipient.

The foundation also chose to recognize “American Idol” producer Nigel Lythgoe as well as the families of Dream Foundation.
