Haute 100 Miami Update: Jeffrey Soffer Survives Fatal Helicopter Crash

On Thanksgiving Day, a devastating helicopter crash involving Turnberry Associates CEO Jeffrey Soffer occurred just outside an exclusive resort in the Bahamas.  As the helicopter was attempting to land, the pilot lost control and crashed at Baker’s Bay Golf and Ocean Club on Great Guana Cay in the Abacos island chain.  Out of the five passengers that were on board, the co-pilot was the only one who suffered fatality from the blades of the helicopter.  The pilot survived with major injuries, and the three remaining passengers were flung from the chopper, but survived the crash and were flown back to the United States by a private jet.
