Chad Oppenheim-Designed Residential Project in Midtown Miami

As Midtown Miami continues to draw attention from builders and investors, Chad Oppenheim is preparing for the development of 3 Midtown, a 800,000-square-foot mixed use, multi-family and commercial building, which will be located between two completed towers. 

According to Oppenheim’s design office, the project is a “microcosm of the city and metropolitan life.” The large project has numerous smaller components and the architecture perfectly compliments the increasingly popular Midtown urban plan. 3 Midtown features a diversity of unique spaces, including a 264-unit tower, multiple street-level lobbies, commercial space and more.

The tower itself “initiates an urban dance, gently twisting off axis and out of the way of its neighbors, establishing optimum view corridors and separations.” With stunning views and in close proximity to downtown Miami, South Beach and Miami International Airport, the multi-purpose building perfectly fits into the bustling developing landscape of Midtown Miami.
