Reese Witherspoon On the Hunt for New $15,000,000 – $20,000,000 LA Home

Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon and her talent agent husband Jim Toth have been on the hunt for a new Los Angeles home priced between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000. 

Witherspoon recently put her ranch in Ojai, California on the open market for $10 million and a 3.25-acre vacant parcel in the Mandeville Canyon off-market for $7,995,000. In August 2010, she purchased the Mandeville Canyon land for $6.9 million from actor Steven Seagal, but reportedly decided against building a home on the land.

Reports also indicate that Witherspoon and Toth came close to closing the deal recently on a privately-situated, multi-acre estate in Pacific Palisades priced at $20 million, but did not end up signing on the dotted line and the Hollywood couple continues their search.
