Devoted to the advancement of the ancient art of magic, Magic Castle is a notoriously secretive private magician’s club. However, some of the magic could soon be unveiled as producer Ted Field begins to develop a Hollywood feature on the club for 20th Century Fox.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, producer Ted Field is behind an upcoming feature on Magic Castle, an invite-only magician’s club. While details on the project are scarce, anticipation is high due to the secretive nature of Magic Castle itself.

Magic Castle’s encourages and promotes public interest in the art of magic. It began as a private home built in 1909 by real estate magnate Rollin B. Lane. It was subsequently divided into a multi-family home in the 1940s before Milt Larsen, a writer on the NBC TV show Truth or Consequences and had a father who was a renowned magician transformed the building into an elegant private club for magicians in the 1960s. The Castle is now the home to the Academy of Magical Arts, Inc. and their invited guests.
