Haute 100 San Francisco Update: Pat Kuleto to be Bought out of Jardeniere

Traci Des Jardins has bought out Pat Kuleto’s share of their partnership at famed San Francisco restaurant, Jardiniere. Kuleto designed and opened the Hayes Valley restaurant with Des Jardins fifteen years ago.  Since then, the neighborhood has transformed, and Des Jardins’s career has soared, earning two James Beard Awards, and opening MijitaPublic House, and Manzanita at the Ritz-Carlton in Tahoe.

While the newly married Kuelto (also a James Beard Award winner) is planning to further dive into expansion mode at EPIC Roasthouse, Des Jardins has said the move has nothing to do with Kuleto, and she is hoping to run Jardiniere based on her own sensibilities.
