Chef Ludo Gets Set to Open A Second LA Restaurant
As of next month, the current owner of LudoBites, Ludo Lefebvre will be teaming up with Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo of Son of a Gun and Animal to open a new restaurant in LA, but you’ll never guess the theme. After much consideration the trio has decided on a “truck stop” themed eatery, but that’s not the only venture Ludo has up his sleeve. Chef Ludo will be opening a second restaurant very soon.
“Now we are opening a restaurant with Jon and Vinny and we are opening another after too, Ludo confirms. As for the second planned eatery no further information has been specified. However, many can look forward to the very best LudoBites dishes at his next pop-up.
