According to the listing, the main 4,009-square-foot home includes four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Built in 1961, the home is listed for $16 million.

According to Forbes, Maguire has an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion and owns 10 million square feet of commercial property and developable land around Los Angeles and Dallas. He is ranked #355 on Forbes’ list of the 400 Richest Americans.

The listed property is located at 911 Tione Road, Los Angeles, California.
