Sarah Jessica Parker, Matthew Broderick List Home They Never Lived In For $25 Milion
Actor couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick put a Village townhouse on the market for $25 million a year after buying it for $19 million. The couple completed substantial renovations to the 25-foot long, 5-bedroom Greek Revival townhouse at 20 East 10th Street despite never moving into the place. Rumors have had the family eying a move to Brooklyn for months. A strong contender for next residence is State Street in Brooklyn Heights, where Parker and Broderick are reportedly looking at two townhouses for a future combination.
