Russell Simmons Lists Penthouse for $11 million, Again

News | September 6, 2012

Nearly seven years after first putting it on the market, Def Jam boss Russell Simmons is still trying to unload his Financial District pad, and just listed it at $11 million, the same original asking price as in 2005.
