When Rihanna purchased the home in 2009 from developers who just completed a full remodel, it wasn’t long before the singer was facing extreme waterlogging problems, which resulted in numerous lawsuits. She quickly offloaded the home for a loss at $5.03 million and now the property has hit the market again for nearly double what Rihanna sold it for.
