One-Bedroom East Hampton Bungalow Listed for $995,000

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage located close to East Hampton’s Main Beach has been listed for $995,000. Recently renovated by a “well-known designer”, the cottage is one of ten bungalows that make up an exclusive 2.5 acre enclave called Bayberry Close, which is adjacent to Main Beach.
The unique cottage is south of Lily Pond and features a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, French doors that open up to an outdoor garden, a kitchen with all new appliances, custom cabinets, a fireplace in the living room, central heat and air, and a storage area. Due to its position within the Bayberry Close, the new homeowner also has access to a large cutting garden, laundry facility, full time caretaker and other amenities.
However, living within Bayberry Close also means no pets, no families and no children under the age of 12 are permitted to stay overnight.
