Los Angeles Apex Residences Available for Lease October 1

The building formally known as Concerto and known called Apex will soon be opening its doors in South Park and begin leasing on October 1.

Featuring 271 units, the Apex building will offer 12 floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedrooms ranging in size from 600 square feet to 2,200 square feet. Units include washers/dryers in each unit and the building amenities include 24-hour staff, a lounge, a business center, a sun deck and heated pool, barbecues, coffee and tea service, guest parking, a dog run, a fitness center, pet walking, on-site dry cleaning and a car wash.

Residence features include spacious light-filled plans with city, Hollywood Hills and pool views, floor-to-ceiling windows, recessed lighting throughout, a choice of AT&T U-verse or Time Warner Cable and they are wired for phone, Internet and cable. Select residences features private terraces, gourmet storage pantry and a separate stand up shower.

Resident services include BuildingLink online concierge service, courtesy patrol, grocery and floral delivery arrangements, restaurant and event reservations, auto detailing and routine maintenance arrangements, online rent payment, service requests and amenity reservations and resident guest suites.

Studios start at $2,100, one-bed/one-baths start at $2,300, two-bed/two-baths start at $3,500 and three-bed penthouse start at $8,000.

The building was originally developed by Sonny Astani, but following a bankruptcy it was handed over to Corus Construction Venture in early 2011, who had planned to open the tower as condos.
