Dwight Howard Was In L’Ermitage Bathroom During Beverly Hills Earthquake

News | September 10, 2012

Early Friday morning, Beverly Hills was struck with a small earthquake of 3.2 magnitude; the very same area that was hit on Monday.

Many celebs were surprised by quake, including newly-traded NBA star Dwight Howard. Since being traded, this was the 6’ 11” first earthquake he has experienced as a LA Laker.

Here’s what Howard had to say about his response to the quake:

“I was in the toilet… and it shook me off the toilet.”

Oh what a mental picture! The NBA star is currently staying at the L’Ermitage until his new home is finished in Newport Beach, but for now we can look forward to Howard staying in LA. In fact Howard has no hesitation in staying even after the traumatic experience.

“No way, man, I love it here in LA,” Howard stated.
