News | August 27, 2012

The 1949 developed luxury residence on Benedict Canyon once owned by the Beatles, Cary Grant, the Rolling Stones and the most recent Zsa Zsa Gabor has been listed on the market at $3.1 million. In the past, the Beatles rented the 4,330 square foot house from Zsa Zsa Gabor back in 1965 on their North American Tour, the very same home where the Fab Four were infamous for throwing a party that led to their inspiration for “She Said, She Said.” The property features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, two wetbars, a wine cellar, hardwood floors, five fireplaces, six car garage and pool, all on 2.53 acres of land.
