Pop-Up Beach Club at London’s Forman’s Fish Island Riviera

News | August 1, 2012

Finally, luxury has found its way to east London – but only for 17 days during the Olympics so get there before it’s gone. Located a mere 100 meters from the Olympic Park, the Maddox Club has teamed up with Forman’s Fish Island Riviera to bring a little of Saint-Tropez to London. Whether you are meeting up with friends or business colleagues, you’ll want to stop by this pop-up for a day filled with beach volleyball, gourmet dining, artisanal beers, award-winning wines and a chance to rub elbows with the athletes.

Reserve one of the VIP suites and enjoy your bubbly while taking in the spectacular views of the stadium. Public transport not your bag? Not a problem. Take one of the privately run riverboats from central London (they will be operating 24 hours) and enjoy the city’s iconic sites from the water. The games will be shown on big screens and food and drink will be served throughout the day, but every night after all the medals have been handed out is when the real fun begins. Not only will the Olympians be ready to celebrate their wins, there will be live music from Ronnie Scott’s All Stars Jazz and undoubtedly this is when the A-listers will turn up. Rumour has it that Leonardo DiCaprio, Jay-Z, Sadie Frost, Grace Jones, Orlando Bloom and Will.i.am on the guest list. Make sure you are too.
