A Look Inside Katy Perry's $8500 A-Month West Hollywood Condo Rental

Newly single pop star Katy Perry is reportedly starting her new life in West Hollywood, renting a three-bedroom condo in the respected Colonial House.
After splitting from her comedian husband Russell Brand, pop singer Katy Perry is moving on from married life, and co-habitation. She is reportedly moving into a condo in West Hollywood’s Colonial House, indicating the singer is not ready to set down permanent roots again quite yet. The Monterey Colonial-style complex was designed by Leland A Bryant in 1930 and features 780 square feet of living space, hardwood floors, arched doorways, French windows, built-ins, crown molding and a grand fireplace.
Previous residents of the Colonial House include Bette Davis, Carole Lombard, Norma Talmadge and Clark Gable.
Thought it is currently unclear what Perry is paying to rent out the condo, some sources indicate it had been made available for lease earlier in the year at $8,500 per month.
