Hong Kong Luxury Apartment Sold for a Record Breaking $61M

According to reports, one luxury apartment in Hong Kong has set a record for being the priciest apartment possibly in Asia and Hong Kong, after being sold for HK $470 million ($61 million) this past Friday.

Hong Kong Economic Journal and Sing Tao Daily confirmed that the 6,200-square-foot (576-square-metre) unit in the residential area at Opus Hong Kong was bought by an unidentified buyer who paid $9,773 (HK $75,806) per-square-foot.
