Dennis Hopper’s Venice Luxury Digs Finally Sells for $5M

Dennis Hopper’s compound that has gone through price increases, decreases, several listings, false sales pending and delistings for two years has finally sold and for a very good price, $5 million. According to the MLS, the Venice compound has been initially listed on the market back in July 2010 that includes a 100 year old cottage, a pool house, a lap pool, one-third of an acre, three Frank Gehry units and a main house by Brian Murphy, all located at 330 Indiana Ave.
