A Taste of Tennis
On August 23, BNP hosted its 13th annual Taste of Tennis to benefit the New York Junior Tennis & Learning. The event was hosted at the W Hotel, where top ranking tennis players mingled with guests enjoying a taste from New York’s best restaurants. Among the star-studded attendees were US Gold-medal winners Serena Williams and men’s double team Bob and Mike Bryan.
Meanwhile pros like Sam Stosur, James Blake and David Ferrer took a break from their training for the U.S. Open to enjoy the specially designed bite-sized dishes. Top Chef host Gail Simmons greeted culinary city greats including Chris Leahy of Lexington Brass, Adriano Ricco of STK Out, Brian Ray of Buddakan, Roberto Deiaco of Armani Ristorante, Craig Wallen of Spasso and Fernando Navas of SushiSamba.
