Vanessa Grout

Miami native Vanessa Grout is an attorney, real estate investment manager for the real estate arm of Vector Group Ltd. (a NYSE company), and new President of Douglas Elliman Florida. She signed on with the 100-year-old real estate brokerage last year. Although real estate giant Douglas Elliman is a New York-based real estate firm, the company is now working with Grout to expand in the South Florida market. Grout explains, “You can see that New Yorkers make up a higher percentage of Miami’s real estate deals. And Douglas Elliman is a name they know and a name they trust.”

Grout is working to bring the kind of presence Douglas Elliman holds in New York to Miami Beach, where the company has opened an office in the new landmark 1111 Lincoln Road building, in addition to two other South Beach locations.
