Here’s how it works: Arrive and order your meal, then either head down to the spa for a quick pick-me-up or sit with the concierge team over a glass of wine and voice your requests. Nigel will have your meal ready within 30 minutes and by the time you have finished dessert you can collect your shopping or reservation confirmations and be on your way.
Lunch will – thankfully – never be the same again.
