Megamansion Developer Lists Le Palais in Beverly Hills for $58 Million

Well-known builder Mohamed Hadid has been notorious for building some of the most luxurious megamansions as well as selling them at full price. So it was no surprise that after his $50 million sell of Bel Air’s La Belvedere that included a movie theater, Turkish bath and ballroom, that Hadid would be mastering another possible project in the near future. Recently, Le Palais in Beverly Hills located on North Crescent Drive has been listed for $58 million, but well worth the price. According to the Wall Street Journal the megamansion is features several amenities like a 50 seat movie theater, seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a ballroom and a hammam with hand-carved Egyptian limestone columns all in nearly 48,000 square feet.
