LeSportsac launches Hawaii-exclusive print in July
Known for its functional-but-chic casual handbags, the New York-based LeSportsac is teaming up with a local artist to create an exclusive print that reflects the romance, beauty and nostalgia of Hawaii.
Kat Reeder, a Peruvian-American artist who resides on Oahu, collaborated with LeSportsac Hawaii on a product line called “Moana Ahe,” a unique fusion of pin-up art, 1960s tropicalia and art nouveau.
This new line will be unveiled at LeSportsac at the Royal Hawaiian Center at 6 p.m. Friday, July 27. Reeder will meet on hand to sign autographs and meet shoppers.
The event is free and open to the public.
The “Moana Ahe” line of handbags will only be available at LeSportsac stores in Hawaii, Guam and other select locations.
