Ilan Bracha

Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, Ilan Bracha served as commander in the Israeli Army before moving to New York City in 1996. From a humble start, he began working as a mover before acquiring his real estate license. After working for a boutique brokerage, Bracha then founded the Bracha Group in 2002. In 2005, he then joined Prudential Douglas Elliman. His focus continues to be on residential and commercial real estate, with a specialty in luxury properties and new developments.

As the founder of the award-winning real estate brokerage team Bracha Group, Bracha recently opened the first real estate franchise office in Manhattan for Keller Williams Realty Inc. Keller Williams is currently the third largest residential real estate company in the nation. The top-producing Bracha Group has been the winner of three of Prudential Douglas Elliman’s highest honors including #1 Group for the past five years and is expected to close over 200 transactions from 2010, with $200 million in sales volume.
