The Hello Kitty Beauty Spa has opened at the Town Center Jumeriah shopping mall in Dubai. This is the first beauty spa themed and designed on Japan’s popular Hello Kitty character.
Featuring 1,850 square feet of space, the Hello Kitty Beauty Spa was designed to appeal to high-end and leisure clientele. Designed by Japan-based Miyuki Okamura, the spa is separated into three segments: the reception, a main treatment area and a party area. There are white drapes in the reception area, vintage chic themes throughout, white and pink chairs and couches, hair and nail salons, a lounge, television and karaoke system for kids, make-up and styling stations and a Kitty Café offering treats in between treatments.
According to their website, the Hello Kitty Beauty Spa is a “destination that defines exclusive posh pampering.” Approaching pampering in a positive way that lets clients have fun while boosting their inner beauty, the Hello Kitty Beauty Spa is “an innovative extension to the brand which allows a younger audience to experience the luxury and pleasures of a day at the spa, within an environment that represents the brand,” according to a spokesperson.
All of the products in the spa have unique formulas created exclusively for the Hello Kitty Beauty Spa.
The spa is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and open on Friday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
