Gabriele BabiniAs the Director of Operations of At.mosphere Grill and Lounge, newcomer to Dubai Italian Gabriele Babini is an expert on some of the finest food and beverages in Dubai served at the world’s’s highest restaurant. Over the past 20 years Babini has worked in luxury hotels around the world including a post as General Manager of Azurea Hotel in Manila, Philippines and Director of Operations of Dal Toro and Lamborghini Italian Restaurant at the Palazzo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has also worked in Switzerland, Venezuela, Australia, China, and Canada. He has degrees in Hotel Management, Bartending, Chef de Cuisine, and certification as a professional sommelier. Babini speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
