Formerly at the La Petite Maison in London, Cedric brings a wealth of experience and know-how to the Dubai branch. He previously worked at D&D London Skylon Restaurant, Harvey Nichols Bar and Restaurant in London, and Gordon Ramsay Holdings Savoy Grill. His wonderful skills and expertise are helping to redefine the Dubai dining scene.
