Bruno Mars Purchases $3.254 Million Mulholland House

Singer Bruno Mars recently purchased a 4,064-square-foot mansion on Mulholland Drive for $3.254 million. The home had recently been completely remodeled, removing much of the sixties-style and incorporating a more modern, Hollywood Hills vibe.

The single-story home features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a three-car garage, marble columns, custom-made 11-foot tall double front doors, an opening main living/dining/kitchen area, dark chocolate hardwood floors, long walls of floor-to-ceiling retractable glass panels, views over the San Fernando Valley, a built-in buffet bar, a full-height wine refrigerator, a massage and gym area, an extensive security system, Swarovski lighting, and more.

At the back of the house there is a party-friendly backyard with deep, shaded overhangs, an outdoor bar and dark-bottom swimming pool with decking.

Mars, 26, is a singer-songwriter who shot to fame with his popular song “Billionaire.” He has already won one Grammy and was nominated for six.
