Angelenos Flock to Las Vegas for Carnevale Celebrations

News | July 27, 2012

Culture has come to the Las Vegas strip this summer in the form of Carnevale at The Venetian® and The Palazzo®.

Angelenos looking for a quick and easy getaway have been heading into droves to Sin City for a taste of Italian glamour.

Guests have until September 9 to receive their Passaporto di Carnevale, which includes special dining, entertainment, retail and spa offers.

Glassblowers, living art installations and Italian concertos have been performed thus far, though the month of August may be the best for any fans of Italian cuisine. Wine tastings are available, as well as cooking classes to learn the art of how to make authentic pizza and spaghetti.

Don’t miss the festival parade at casino level, which features lighted floats and electric stilt walkers, or the lights festival outside of Doge’s Palace. Las Vegas has never looked so “bella!”
