U.S. soccer star Landon Donovan has just listed his Manhattan Beach, California compound for $4.295 million amongst rumors that the 30-year-old athlete may return to the English Premier League.

Donovan is the all-time leading scorer for the U.S. national team who recently was awarded the Major League Soccer’s Player of the Week following his LA Galaxy team’s three wins.

His Manhattan Beach, California compound features five bathrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Once featured on MTV Cribs, the compound includes two separate houses on adjoining lots. Donovan had the main house customized in 2007 before adding the second structure later.

The main house is an elevated structure with an open floor plan, French terra-cotta tile floors, custom wrought iron and cathedral ceilings. The adjoining house was built as more of a “fun zone” with a massage room, steal room, sauna, cold plunge, theater, bar area, storage for 300 bottles of wine, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

Donovan was born on March 4, 1982 in Ontario, California. He has a twin sister Tristan and an older brother Josh. In 2006, Donovan married actress Bianca Kajlich but the couple divorced in 2010.
