Towne Food & Drink Opening Coming Soon

As of early July at the very latest, the 7,000 square foot restaurant that the Watermarke Tower Downtown has been waiting for, for some time now, has revealed its opening team. The New American restaurant known as Towne Food & Drink is getting set to open its doors with a full team that includes: the owner Armen Shirvanian from Mi Piace in Pasadena, Chefs Eric Hara and Ryan Morrison, beverage director Jason Bran of the Roger Room, pastry chef Tamara Davis of Aquavit – NYC, Boule, and Bottega Louie, and last but not least the designer of the restaurant, Mark Zeff.

Towne Food & Drink’s menu is filled with so many delicious foods to choose from like Pastrami Pork Belly Sliders with Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese, along with housemade Thousand Island dressing; Roasted Corn on the Cob with Chorizo Butter and Feta; Cavatelli with Lobster and Oven Dried Tomatoes; and Beef Cheek Pot Roast with mini Popovers, for starters, but desserts there are even more mouthwatering with sweet selections like Sorbet Push Pops and Peanut Butter Candy Bars and Ice Cream.
