Real Estate Guru Diane Keaton Buys 2009 Home in Pacific Palisades
Diane Keaton is more than just a legendary actress on the big screen. In the real estate world she’s known as one of the baddest real estate goddesses around with her skills as an architectural restorer, preservationist and landlord, not to mention Keaton has been known to buy and flip homes, making the end result one of the most breath-taking properties.
However, the actress has been rumored to be in plans of building a new home for herself, but Keaton’s most recent purchase has many puzzled. According to Trulia, Keaton has purchased a 2009 built six-bedroom home, nine bathrooms, gym with full bath, roof deck, wine room, two wet bars, pool and spa all on a quarter of an acre in Pacific Palisades in the amount of $5.6 million. As for the movie actress’ plans to live there have not been confirmed, we’ll just have to wait and see.
