Haute Event: High Winds Cancel Most of Day 2 at The Electric Daisy Carnival

News | June 11, 2012

The Electric Daisy Carnival may have been shut down prematurely Saturday night after high winds forced Insomniac Events to cancel the shows, but that doesn’t mean the music didn’t go on.

Bassnectar, Martin Solveig and Headhunterz were just some of the acts to go on before gusts blew away the night. Calvin Harris’ set on the main stage stopped in the middle. Tiesto, Avicii and Steve Aoki with the Blue Man Group were just some of the acts cancelled for the night.
