On July 26, 2012, the iconic Sir Francis Drake will host the annual Dress for Success: You Wear it Well Annual Fashion Celebration Gala.
Dress For Success, the international not-for-profit organization founded in New York City in 1997, promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
The Gala is the annual fundraising event that benefits the employment programs and resources necessary to help suit and prepare disadvantaged women in the Bay Area to enter into the workforce.
At the gala, guests will enjoy a cocktail party, seated dinner by Scala’s Bistro, fashion show by Banana Republic and silent and live auction.
The July 26 event was preceded by the Dress For Success launch party on May 2, where supporters gathered at the San Francisco Bloomingdales to celebrate the exciting launch.
