Father’s Day Chocolate Making Sessions at Christian Vautier Le Concept

News | June 6, 2012

Those looking to get their dad an awesome Father’s Day gift need not look any further. Chocolate boutique and café Christian Vautier Le Concept in New York is offering up Father’s Day chocolate making sessions with chef and owner Aditi Malhotra.

Chef Malhotra will take you and your daddy dearest to her underground chocolate factory, where you will learn how to create delicious treats such as chocolate lollipops and caramel kisses. After the session, you will get to take home all the chocolates you make in addition to a goodie bag made by the chocolate professional herself, which is filled with mendiants, grignotines and a white chocolate truffle.

The Father’s Day chocolate making sessions should be booked by June 11 and will be held from June 13 through June 17. Each session is approximately 90 minutes to two hours long.

For all you sons and daughters who can’t make the session with your fathers, Malhotra recommends you get him a 32-count assorted box of ganaches.
