Blake Lively is a Dangerous Beauty in Daring Dress at LA Premiere of ‘Savages’
She may be Gucci’s newest face, but that didn’t prevent Blake Lively from displaying some serious ‘wow’ power in a stunning Zuhair Murad gown on Monday night.
All eyes were on the 24-year-old actress as she elegantly made her way down the red carpet at the LA premiere of her latest film, Savages, at the Mann Village Theatre in Westwood.
From her ruby red lipstick to her tumble of blonde curls, the Gossip Girl star embodied old Hollywood glamor as she appeared to be channeling none other than ’40s siren Veronica Lake.
Though Blake’s star shone the brightest, she had some stiff competition from co-star Salma Hayek, who clothed herself in an intricately beaded green Gucci number.
John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston also grabbed attention as they kissed and cuddled on the red carpet, making a very public show of affection in the wake of his recent scandal.
Taylor Kitsch, Benicio Del Toro and Emile Hirsch joined director Oliver Stone, while Friday Night Lights star Connie Britton and Mary-Louise Parker added some extra female elegance to the predominantly male cast.
Savages is a film based on Don Winslow’s 2010 thriller of the same name; it is slated for a July 6 release.
