Will Smith Lists Bond Avenue Property for $9.25 Million

Superstar Will Smith put his haute property, which takes over the entire fourth floor of the 25 Bond Street building, on the market for a staggering $19.5 million. Unsurprisingly, Smith has been unable to sell it in the faltering real estate market. In a bold move, he intends to carve the property into several chunks. The plan is just that, though—a plan. If sold, it will be implemented, with one of the suites going for $9.25 million.

The original floor plan includes three bedrooms, four baths and a monstrous 45-foot long main room. Smith’s digs are sure to be scooped up soon.
